Customs

Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. ArrogantMinnie.com cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to ArrogantMinnie.com at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

Shipping policy? (top)

We offer various types of shipping methods, you can choose your preferred shipping combination at the checkout process. This is to cater for buyer with different needs and budgets in terms of shipping/handling costs.

Ready stocks orders will be processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours. Any delay in shipment will be updated under Preorder Schedule. For preorders, order will be processed on the closing date of each batch. Please check the Preorder Schedule here

Exceptions for example order with express shipping, will be reaching the customer within the said timeline from the day of confirmation, i.e. date of payment made, or date of confirmation for replacement if order consists any out of stock item.

All shipments may be subject to delay from the said timeline under/but not limited to conditions such as product reproduction/temporary out of stock, custom made products, shipments requiring customs clearance/inspection of commodities, delay by courier service and etc. Any delay in shipment will be updated under Preorder Schedule. 

In anycase, attempted delivery failed, parcel will be returned to us. We will then deduct the cost of shipping as well as any additional charges, from the refund of the original purchase price upon receival of returned parcel.

Orders within Malaysia are shipped using Pos Laju and/or EMS. To determine the shipping cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process.

International shipping costs/methods? (top)

We offer 3 types of shipping methods for international buyers

1. Normal shipping (International Registered Post) by Pos Malaysia
2. Express shipping by EMS
3. Pos Laju (Malaysia Express Mail Service) by Pos Malaysia

To determine the shipping costs, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. There you can choose your preferred shipping method.

*Note that we need buffer time for preorder items from countries of origin to reach Malaysia in each batch. Hence it takes a longer time to receive preorder items.

We do not accept return/refund on preorder items as all items will be checked thoroughly before shipping out.
